These terms cover your purchase and use of wtHEIC, a Mac app made by [Spacefarm legal name] ("Spacefarm", "we"), [registered address, country]. By buying or using wtHEIC you agree to them.
Who sells it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What you get
A one-time purchase of wtHEIC gives you a personal license key that works on up to 5 Macs you own or use, including all future updates to wtHEIC version 1. There is no subscription.
Your license
- You may install and activate wtHEIC on up to 5 Macs at a time. You can deactivate a Mac in the app's Settings, or reset your Macs from the link in your purchase email.
- Don't share, sell or publish your license key, and don't try to get around the license check.
- wtHEIC is licensed, not sold. Spacefarm keeps all rights in the software.
Activation
Activating a Mac needs an internet connection once. After that wtHEIC works offline. See our Privacy Policy for what activation sends.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. If you get a refund, your license key stops working.
No warranty
wtHEIC is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will work with every app, website or file, or that it will be error-free. Keep backups of your photos; wtHEIC never changes your original files.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Spacefarm's total liability for any claim about wtHEIC is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought wtHEIC applies to that purchase.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country], without limiting your mandatory consumer rights where you live.
