If wtHEIC isn't for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your receipt email from Paddle, visit paddle.net to find your order, or email us at support@wtheic.com with the email address you bought with. Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes all refunds back to your original payment method.

What happens next

Once refunded, your license key is deactivated on all your Macs. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Write to us anyway. If something isn't working, we'd rather fix it or make it right.
